To book your date, we need a deposit based on your package choice and a signed contract. After that, your date will be reserved for you.

WHEN WILL MY GALLERY BE FINALISED

All weddings are generally finalised within a time frame of 8 to 10 weeks. However, this timeframe can vary based on several factors, including the wedding location, the specific wedding season, and the total number of photos taken during the event. Each of these elements plays a significant role in determining the exact duration for processing and delivering the final images to you.

CAN WE HAVE ADDITIONAL HOURS

Yes, we charge on an hourly basis after the initial package that you have been quoted. Our dedicated team has a set limit of hours for each wedding to ensure that everyone remains comfortable and can perform at their best. This approach allows us to efficiently manage our time, especially since we are often capturing multiple weddings each weekend.

DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING

Photo editing involves making general adjustments to an image, such as cropping, adjusting brightness, contrast, color balance, or applying filters. It improves the overall look and composition of the photo.

Retouching, on the other hand, is more detailed and focused. It involves fine-tuning specific elements—like removing blemishes, smoothing skin, whitening teeth, or fixing imperfections—to enhance the subject's appearance or clean up distractions.

Retouching services come with an additional cost for each photo that requires this specific enhancement.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS

All our services are conveniently provided online. After your wedding, your photography will be sent directly to our couples through a secure online private gallery. This gallery will not only showcase all your carefully edited images but will also include your exciting previews within just 72 hours following your wedding day.
